Initiate Your Request
Log into your Book Fanar account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
